Trenesha Biggers was born on 25 December 1981 in Champaign, Illinois, USA. Biggers attended high school in Jacksonville, Illinois, where she played basketball and volleyball. She continued playing sports in college – at Illinois Central College (2000-2001) and the College of Southern Idaho (2001-2002). In 2002, Trenesha Biggers transferred to Florida States University, where she focused on volleyball.
